These terms of use govern access to and use of Shifty.
The service
Shifty is a free service for recording, sharing and comparing availability. It is intended for personal, non-profit or non-critical professional use.
Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide, the confidentiality of your sign-in methods and activity from your account. You must promptly report any unauthorised use you become aware of.
Sharing links
Sharing and invitation links grant access to planning information according to the selected role or mode. You are responsible for choosing recipients, revoking links when they are no longer needed, and not including sensitive data in them.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law, without infringing third-party rights, bypassing security measures, disrupting the service, or using it for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Shifty is not liable for losses caused by unavailability, use of shared links or user-entered data.
Intellectual property
The name, interface, visual elements and content of Shifty are protected. No licence is granted other than the right to use the service under these terms.
Service changes
The service and these terms may change. Material changes will be published on this page. Access may be suspended or limited in the event of abuse, a security risk or a legal obligation.
Applicable law
To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable rules, these terms are governed by Swiss law.
